We provide custom 3D printing and prototyping, ready-made 3D-printed products, hands-on training for children and adults, and repair/servicing of 3D printers.
Custom work is confirmed once we agree the specification, price and timeline with you (typically over WhatsApp or email). For online store purchases, an order is confirmed once payment is successful.

You confirm that any design, model or file you provide is yours to use and does not infringe others’ rights. We may decline to print items that are illegal, unsafe, weapons-related, or that infringe intellectual property or our policies.

We share estimated timelines in good faith. Delays can occur due to print complexity, material availability or factors beyond our control; we will keep you informed.
