This policy covers how we deliver your 3D-printed orders.
We ship across India. Local customers in Pune can also choose free pickup from our workshop.
Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom prints are dispatched after production is complete — we’ll confirm the timeline with you at the time of order.
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout or quoted before dispatch. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days to metros and a little longer to other locations, depending on the courier.
Where available, we’ll share tracking details once your order ships.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
